Marybow Property is an independent lettings agency. Our expertise lies in finding suitable properties for our tenants, effectively managing properties for our landlords and undertaking the management of refurbishment activities (the services). Our business ethos is founded on offering both our tenants and landlords a personal service with care, bringing you peace of mind.

Where we enter into an agreement for the provision of our services to you either in your capacity as a landlord or a tenant, then such agreement will be concluded under a separate contract which will be subject to a specific set of terms and conditions appropriate to that agreement. The terms and conditions of that contract will vary according to the purpose and Marybow Property will make those terms and conditions known to you so you can review and discuss any queries or concerns you may have, before you agree.
