This is going to really come from my heart. No edits, no proofreaders. And I’m giving myself 10 minutes to write it.
Do you know when you want to say something but you can’t?
I’ve been this way about why landlords should choose to work with us. I’ve written this down ages ago but I was thwarted not once, but THREE times that I sounded stupid. It doesn’t “sound professional”. People are not going to “understand” me. That it’s because English is not my native language. But it keeps niggling in my head and worse, my heart, so I’ve decided to put it out there.
At Marybow Property, we are amazing agents because we’ve never lost a client.
Not one landlord, not one tenant. And if we’ve had a tenancy turn-over, that’s because 99% of the time, because they finally had the deposit to buy their own place and realise their dream. And we’ve been so delighted and have been offering contacts for conveyancing, surveyors (whoever they need), tips on how to progress the sale, commiserate together on delayed completion, etc. We are happy for them and make every provisions to have just as great tenants into the property without void. And we do.
Apparently, not many agencies can say that. So I’m saying it.
